A cafe selling safe-to-eat cookie dough - as opposed to the kind with raw eggs, uncooked flour and a real potential for salmonella - is looking to open in Detroit this spring.
Detroit Dough plans to feature five cookie doughs - chocolate chip, brownie, peanut butter, no chips, and sugar - and 50 different items to mix into the dough.
